2. People try to have a very natural diet to prevent from getting over weight. As a result there are times when people forget to eat enough, and thus their bodies suffer. It is important to have a balance nutrition but also include snacks throughout your day. Snacks should be limited to things like fruits, vegetables, things that are great for a simple and fast snack such as nuts.
3. There is a lot to be said about the benefits that a nice relaxing walk can bring in your life. You don’t have to change your clothes or think of it as a fitness activity. Sometimes a walk is just a walk, something done to pass the time, to relax and to contemplate nature and the environment in peace. If you have a dog, rather than leaving him in the yard all day, put him/her on a leash and go explore the neighborhood.
4. It is very important to separate your work life and your life at home. Dedicate time to both work and relaxation time. Try not to mix the two together, chances are your relaxation will disappear and work will eat up all of your private life.
